The sole purpose of the Masarat Pre Hiring extension is to provide a secure, monitored testing environment for candidates taking technical assessments for Masaratech. It ensures exam integrity by recording the testing session and preventing unauthorized assistance.

2. Data Collection and Usage

During your active examination session, the extension temporarily requests access to and collects the following data strictly for proctoring purposes:

Camera and Microphone: Used to record a video of the candidate to verify identity and ensure no unauthorized assistance is received.
Screen Capture: Used to record the candidate's screen activity during the test.
Tab and Window Activity: Used to monitor if the candidate navigates away from the exam page, switches tabs, or opens new applications.

3. How We Protect Your Data

All recorded data (video, audio, and screen capture) is securely transmitted directly to Masaratech's internal servers. The extension only activates during the official exam session and immediately stops recording once the exam is submitted or terminated.
